We knew the Palestinian type of suicide bombing attacks (on that London Bus) will one day reach Europe. The Philippines have already experienced such attacks (the LRT bombing) back in Dec. 30, 2000... meaning it's pre 9/11, pre-Iraq war. If I recall correctly, five bombs were set to go off in different areas around Metro Manila that day. The ones at the LRT did explode, killing many passengers.

Now, the question is, and I hope I'm not being callous here, will the Brits blame the terrorists, or Tony Blair for taking the country to war in Iraq?
