Uh oh... the fake president gets to appoint another SC justice

Nakakatakot ito. By appointing another SC stooge, magiging super-partisan na talaga ang Supreme Court para sa Arroyo admin, to the point na even if natanggal si Arroyo via "people power" later on, malamang na kumampi ang Supreme Court sa pekeng pangulo at sabihing "unconstitutional" ang pagkatanggal ni Mrs Arroyo sa pwesto nya.

A close watch on the worthiness of candidates for the next Supreme Court (SC) Chief Justice will be undertaken by a group of concerned lawyers in an effort to de-politicize the appointment of SC Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr.'s successor.

Background researches on top five justices who could be the successor to Davide, who is retiring on Dec. 20 is being undertaken by the SC Appointment Watch (SCAW) group, a coalition of law practitioners, academics and civil society groups.

Davide's vacancy also prompts the search for another associate justice who would fill up the seat to complete the 15-man SC.

Kung pumasa ang susunod na appointee ni Arroyo to replace Davide, then magiging 10 justices na ang na-appoint ni Arroyo sa Supreme Court out of 15.

Kung pwede lang sanang i-firng squad ang lahat ng SC appointees ni Arroyo... LMAO! (at isama na rin ang lahat ng COMELEC commissioners.)
