many pinoy fil=ams believe voting republican will make their skin whiter. and pinoys dream of becoming fil-ams.
Actually, as far back as I can remember, Fil-Ams have been noticeably Republican in their ideology.
I too have been baffled by the affinity to the Republican Party of many Fil-Ams I know.
