Who is Faustino Dy, Jr.???? (I am from Isabela, take it from me...)
Faustino Dy, Jr. is the former Governor of Isabela who controlled logging and jueteng (his brothers, Mayors Cesar Dy and Napoleon Dy are jueteng lords). Juior Dy had a brgy captain (Jaque Soriano) killed in 2003 in Jones, Isabela because the brgy captain did not heed DY’s order for all brgy officials to campaign and cheat for candidate Giorgidi Aggabao (his lawyer) in a special election to fill the vacancy of the death of Rep. Abaya in the 4th District of Isabela. LAst 2004 election, when he was losing to Grace PAdaca, he had the munipal halls and ballot boxes burned in the towns of San MAriano and Jones in Isabela.
Now he is going to act as a witness???? HE is credible because he is a cunning politician who depends on gold, guns and goons (PCIJ should make a thorugh investigation on the Dys in ISABELA, they are the powers that be who control jueteng and logging). For all we ISABELINO’s know, he is just waiting for the highest bidder. He is in a win win situation both ways (whether he testifies for GMA or against her) what matters for him is HOW MUCH his testimony will be bought. Grace Padaca of ISabela should prepare next election for governor of ISabela because Junior Dy will be loaded all the more….
