- if lacson really killed dacer, WHAT could be his motive? He doesn't know the guy all that much other than the fact that they (lacson and dacer) are linked to Erap
- I know many would say the motive is: Erap ordered the killing because of a fallout between him and Dacer. If that is the case, then why is this administration's PNP not going after Erap NOW?
- of course, if this admin will have erap arrested NOW, erap's candidacy will be damaged and he might even get disqualified.
- with erap out, NOYNOY will benefit by getting all the remaining anti-GMA votes. So why would this admin take erap the spoiler out of the race and damage the chances of their secret annointed--Villar?

A more cautious judge would have tried to determine if probable cause indeed existed to charge Lacson, especially in light of the selective prosecution by the DOJ (why only Lacson, and not Erap as well, who was also in the affidavits of Mancao and even Dumlao?).

I think one of the more probable cause why Lacson is the first to be implicated and the only one issued a warrant is that in a letter of dacer to then president erap, he outrightly opposed the promotion of lacson to be come the director-general of the pnp, being linked to high-profile cases such as kuratong baleleng, and might damaged the credibility of pres. erap. Let's remember that Dacer is the publicist of the president so he is the one in charge of the public image. Also because he is from Almonte's group before he became the publicist of Erap, he just knows a lot about Lacson. Almonte is former president ramos' close aide. After a year of Erap's presidency, Lacson managed to got the post, and by the time Erap is on the verge of an impeachment trial in the congress, Lacson hatched the plan to silence Dacer. Let's analyze, why would Erap need Dacer murdered when its the when his presidency is outrightly challenged by the civil society, and being rocked by various heavy mudslinging and fishing expedition? And also to point out that Erap is ninong to Dacer's children..its just not correlating...while Lacson, ever the silent operator,needs Dacer out because it just irritates him that Dacer is a "tinik" in his ladder to being a public figure, and icon of power, that is being the pnp director..go figure...

I dunno, civil society and the mainstream media were accusing erap of ordering the kill because he had a falling out with dacer without any solid evidence.
