Well, Oliver Lozano's pulling a similar Manapat-ish like stunt with his "marine biologist" nuisane candidate Joselito juju Cayetano.

The other Cayetano calims he is a marine engineer but a certification from the Professional Regulation Commission said he is not. Rep. Cayetano added that his election lawyer, Leila de Lima, is studying whether they could include Oliver Lozano, another KBL candidate, as an accomplice in the falsification case.
pero small fish lang si lozano/juju, just like ricardo manapat. yung mga pidal talaga ang mastermind nito, at sila ang dapat parusahan.

Everybody knows what Lozano is up to except the COMELEC. Obviously, the COMELEC is also part of the cheating machinery of the administration. The electorate should be more vigilant this time or we could find ourselves under declared martial law.
