Arroyo was for the death penalty before she was against it
Nice research done by Baycas on the flip flopping GMA. Like the presidential candidate John Kerry, napaka-"nuanced" rin ng position ni Ate-Glo, LOL.

but arroyo's the one who always made a big deal of trying to abolish the death penalty (her signature campaign), unlike them.
so compared to those two, arroyo looked really stupid.
