This end of the month is its 20th anniversary, an event that is sufficiently important to prick the attention of the world. I know that BBC for one has made a radio documentary of the significance of the event. I was one of their interviewees: We had a long conversation about the power of myth in this country, and the mythical theme of good and evil in particular in the two Edsa uprisings. But I leave that for the moment. My point simply is that, whether government wants it or not, the 20th anniversary of Edsa People Power is bound to be a riotous event. Who knows? Probably in more ways than one.
Let's hope so. Read the whole thing.
Let me add na for those who used to support Edsa Dos and now thinks it's a mistake or a failure, don't you think it is your RESPONSIBILITY to CORRECT THAT MISTAKE named Gloria Macapagal ARroyo, and not wash your hands of it and say NO MAS, NO MAS???
