-- Neal Cruz smacks Mike "Glorigate's a close book" Defensor and Norberto "Garci tapes are insignificant" Gonzales around for their inane comments.

-- C'mon Jake, is the impending appointment of Merceditas Gutierrez as Ombudsman a bad thing? Ang galing galing galing galing nya bilang Anti-Corruption czar, noh! ;)
-- More missing GLORIAGATE witnesses? Na naman?
This is the reason for Moner’s failure to attend the hearing and why his lawyer, Rodolfo Pulido, could not get in touch with him.
"He has not only stopped any communicating with his lawyer. The truth is, he is missing. No one knows where he is. No one has seen him for days. There are suspicions that he has been abducted to silence him," one of the sources said.
Then the witness/bagman will show up later and claim na he is not missing, na he is "just around," and he is taking back everything he said about the dayaan that took place in Lanao del Sur.

GMA paid Shari’ah judge P2M to shut up on ‘Hello Garci’
FG, Gloria dangled gov’t posts, poured millions for armm poll fraud ops
The fraudulent election cat is out of the bag — at last.
President Arroyo and her spouse, First Gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike” Arroyo, personally directed massive cheating operations against the late opposition presidential candidate Fernando Poe Jr. in Mindanao in last year's elections after Poe was found to have won by a landslide — despite the earlier cheating done — and handed out millions for the poll fraud operations to a Shari'ah court judge whom the Chief Executive herself reappointed three months before the actual holding of elections.
And when the “Hello Garci” compact disc that caught the President talking to poll commissioner Virgilio “Garci” Garcillano on rigging the polls to ensure her a fraudulent victory, Mrs. Arroyo herself met with the judged and bribed by paying him P2 million for him to shut up about the cheating operations in Mindanao.
-- Malakas pala si Max Soliven. May veto powers. Sabi sa article ni Ellen Tordesillas na:
Inquirer columnist Amando Doronila was interested in Paris but Philippine Star Max Soliman asked Arroyo to "please not appoint Doronila there" because his wife, Preciosa, head of the committee secretariat of the Unesco Philippines, would not want to work with Doronila. Preciosa Soliven’s office provides support for the Philippine delegation to Unesco which is headed by the ambassador to France.
Doronila was given Belgium but he was bypassed by the CA.
No wonder napaka-pro Arroyo ngayon ng PHILSTAR.
-- More signs of depressing times?
Forced. MalacaƱang must have noticed that this late in November, very few houses and buildings have put out their Christmas lights and decorations. So it issued a directive to government offices to put out and hang their Christmas decorations. That order will certainly not reduce the electricity bill which is due to increase by 7 percent next month.
Yes, it is going to be a bleak Christmas, Friends who participate in Christmas bazaars complain that their sales are down by one-half from last year's. Even in the last Undas, flower sales were down 50 percent.
