PCIJ transcribed: "... yung dagdag, yung dagdag." I downloaded the file. It sounded like: "... peron yun nga, yung-gal-ban-[bi or bee]-na.. dag and/or bag..." Notice the syllable [bi], if we are to believe the PCIJ this would be [yung]. It is may not be "galban, binalbag" but certainly, its also not "yung dagdag, yung dagdag." Tiongco's interpretation is more accurate.
