Sinong kayang susunod na babaliktad? Si Gudani at Balutan? Si Samuel Ong? Si Capt. Marlon Mendoza? Si Willy Mayor? Si Sandra Cam?
From the Tribune:
Sources in the opposition camp told the Tribune that Malacañang was already making sure the minority in the House will not be able to present any witness in poll-rigging charges, in the event an impeachment complaint pushes through in July.
Malacañang is known for getting key witnesses against Mrs. Arroyo to recant their testimonies and other sworn affidavits.
While Zuce did not make it clear if he would be recanting his testimony in a press conference held yesterday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, he did say he would no longer be testify in any forum.
But now being an employee under the Executive, even as member of the anti-jueteng task force, he would also be covered by the President’s gag order, or Executive Order 464.
Zuce gave as his reason for rejoining the government, the financial difficulties he faces to feed, clothe and educate his family.
His lawyer, Liwayway Vinzons-Chato, interviewed on ANC-TV, said she was not informed of Zuce’s decision to rejoin government, but stressed that if Zuce does move to recant his testimony, he would be liable for perjury.
