Matillano in trouble, ‘used’ jaguar, yacht under custody

First, a Jaguar, now a yacht.

After having denied he used a Jaguar luxury car for personal purposes, police Director Eduardo Matillano is in hot water again, this time in another controversy that he allegedly used a yacht which was among the vehicles forfeited to the government after Taiwanese drug trafficking suspect Jackson Dy's arrest last year.
