Here's my post on ISAFP on Dec. 4:
Pro-Arroyo supporters talk the illegality of wiretapping. But who the fuck were behind the wiretapping. Who did the wiretapping? Who ordered the wiretapping? Is it the opposition? BZZZZZZZZ!!! Wrong answer. It was GMA's ISAFP that did the wiretapping, and it was one of their own who blew the whistle on GMA and GARCI's cheating machine.
Arroyo's lawyers will tell you that the tapes are "inadmissible" as evidence in a court of law. But I don't care if the tapes are not used in court... all I'm asking is that ABS-CBN and GMA7 play those G-D- tapes and let the people decide kung nandaya si GMA o hindi.
As long as the conversations in the tapes are authentic (not the Bunye garbage), then I'm willing to make an exception and see the tapes played in it's entirety, because the tapes contain information that exposes corruption, election fraud, obstruction of justice, kidnapping, bribery, at the highest levels in office. I'm willing to make an exception because we can't rely on Arroyo's DOJ, Arroyo's SC, Arroyo's COMELEC, Arroyo's Congress, Arroyo's Ombudsman to do anything other than more stonewalling and coverups.
And I also want to use these tapes to expose ISAFP, gma's spy organization who did all the wiretapping and eavesdropping against the opposition candidates, the admin candidates and the media.
I want to know kung how many wiretapped tapes they still have in their library, sino ang na-wiretap nila, how many times they wiretapped these people, when did they do it, and how did they do it. ISAFP needs to come clean on this issue. Release all their tapes to the public and let the people decide.
Now Dean Jorge Bocobo, a pro-Arroyo blogger pretending to be anti-GMA, is saying the same thing. Of course, he has his own spin on who the good and bad guys are.
But if you read his post carefully, yung mga responsable sa dayaan (GMA, Garcillano and even the ISAFP) raw ang "biktima" dito. Oh, BOO HOO, cry me a river, Bocobo.
Katulad nang sinabi ko dati, ito ang dapat na gawin ng ISAFP:
I want to know kung how many wiretapped tapes they still have in their library, sino ang na-wiretap nila, how many times they wiretapped these people, when did they do it, and how did they do it. ISAFP needs to come clean on this issue. Release all their tapes to the public and let the people decide.
I'm waiting.
UPDATE: Sabi ni Dean:
TO THE PHILIPPINE SENATE: PLEASE SECURE THE LIVES AND PERSONS OF THOSE TWENTY EIGHT WITNESSES that can set us free.
Pero ito naman ang ginagawa ng pro-Arroyo senator na si Joker Arroyo, na isa sa paborito ni Mr. Bocobo:
With the Senate probe getting closer and closer to the truth of the illegal wiretapping activities by the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Isafp) which tapped conversations captured the vote-rigging operations during the last presidential elections engaged in by President Arroyo and former Commission of Elections Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano, MalacaƱang, getting edgier every day over the poll fraud charges, dispatched its staunch ally in the Senate, Joker Arroyo, to have the Senate probe headed by Sen. Rodolfo Biazon stopped.
Senator Arroyo charged that the probe is without any direction even as he challenged the Biazon panel to come up with a committee report and put an end to the investigation.
A Senate source told the Tribune that Senator Arroyo's move was uncalled for, not to mention highly discourteous, pointing out that he has no right to demand another senator who chairs the panel, to stop his probe.
“The Joker has no business calling for a stop to the investigation. That's not his committee; that's Senator (Rodolfo) Biazon's baby. And he (Joker) really shouldn't even dare anyone in the Senate to come up with a committee report. He himself has a history of doing practically nothing. To think he chairs the blue ribbon committee.” the insider said.
Well, it's not the first time Joker did something like this. Remember the Venable contract investigation?
SENATORS Panfilo Lacson and Ramon Magsaysay Jr. yesterday asked the Blue Ribbon committee to reopen its investigations on the controversial Venable LLP lobby contract now that national security adviser Norberto Gonzales has returned to work.
But committee chairman Sen. Joker Arroyo said there is no need to reopen the investigation since the contract has already been terminated, and with only Gonzales as a resource person, resuming hearings would be a "waste of time."
Another variation of the "let's move on" theme.
But Joker, don't you want to know what really happened and who were the other players involved in the controversial and highly anomalous Venable contract deal?
You say the issue is over because the contract has already been terminated. Ya, it was only terminated after they were caught by PCIJ.
Eh paano kung hindi sila nahuli?
And are you certain na terminated na talaga ang kontrata?
